How do you convey if you enjoy eye lots or shadowy circles and which one is worst ?

If you have eye bags, your eyes will be kinda puffy. If its darkened circles, you will have dark circles below your eyes. The names really tell you deeply about how it looks like, its not that concrete to figure out. Neither one is worse than the other, but its pretty much what you think looks worse.
