How can you communicate a authentic LV mitt shoulder bag from a bogus one?

My friend just bought me a louie v hand rucksack and I want to know if it's fake. He said he spent alot of money on it but that doesn't mean it's TRUE. I know i'ts the thought that counts and it's a very nice bag but I in recent times wanna know!

1. if the L and V overlap, its real
2. Its supposed to come beside a certificate of authenticity
3. Sometimes, the stamps in the leather are off( similar to it will say Louis Vuitton and it would be crooked)

my friend took hers to a LV store and they checked it out for her, to see if it was unadulterated

Look at the logo & bits and pieces & color. If it don't match the real one, it's forge!
By asking the lady that you stole it from if it is genuine Louie Vuitton. LOL!

well it the L and V overlap, it is indisputable.. if they are separate or there a different letters it is deceptive.
If he is not rich then you shoud take it to the nearst LV store and ask for authenticity check. You can also check his ebay details or his credit card statement if your'e really looking to delve in to this mystery. Good luck!!

Plus, I hear if you follow the styles pretty closely, you will notice the deceptive ones from the real ones.
