How long does it lug to remove black eye lots?

I have had black eye plenty for many years, about 4 or 5 at lowest, and someone told me that I would need to sleep well for matching amount of time, 4 or 5 years. Is this true? And is there any other way to speed up the removal to voice, a few months?
