My leather sack is getting dulled out. any suggestions for making the leather shiny again?

You can use those dye sponges made for shoes. Dye is contained in the sponge so here is no mess when you use it on your leather bag. It dries pretty fast, but I would continue a little bit before putting it on your shoulder.
go to wilsons leather (or another leather shop if you have any around) and acquire leather lotion. its great. i use it on my coat every few months and it keeps it soft and shiney
