Back when I be within college, I used preparation H after a long dark to lessen the loads lower than my eyes.?
Recently, I tried it again but it doesn't seem to work anymore. The texture of the cream feels different and it even smells different. Did Preparation H tuning it's formula? Does anyone know what the ingredient in the old formula be and if it's in any other skin ointments?
