How do you attain rid of black oodles underneath the eyes...?
.. without saying sleep more. Is in that anything you can buy or any home remedies? (question for a friend)
Answers:
attain 18 hrs of sleep
Tell your friend to stop worrying as those heaps are brought about by worrying too much. Noone can escape old age unless you are inert. We should come to grips with what nature is doing to our bodies and adopt the process as part of life.
Most of everyones answer was correct. Only point I wanted to add is inheritance. If it is in your genes to have shady circles ( look at others in your family) then you are more than possible destined to have them. Another popular reason are allergies, eczema, and sinuses which motivation your eyes to stay dark most or all of the time. If these are the cases after all the remedies listed can relief but not completely make them disappear. Your best bet is to maintain sleep, drink lots of river, take your vitamins and use a good concealer.

Try putting a tea bag on respectively eye for 1/2 hour. be sure to steep the tea bags first and let cool, if you approaching tea you could have a warm cup of tea while waiting. Tea have tanic acid in it and can lend a hand with many things, as tanic sour is very healing.
Being in the skin care and charm business I personally use the following for my dark circles:

Bags are one thing you cant purely get rid of really without the remedies you already know something like... plenty of sleep blah blah blah
Top model tip is to use Prep H, pile cream and apply a thin layer below the delicate eye area. Sounds bizarre but if it's perfect enough for the models its good ample for me, and suprisingly it works. It reduces the puffiness.
Also YSL (Yves Saint Lauren) do a product called Radiant Touch (Touche eclait) and explicitly a fantastic product. Its a little expensive but there are plenty of products similar, I use a Boots No7 pen style concealer and this lightens the below eye area.
Only with makeup!
I own the same problem, and I have to use concealer. Everything I've tried to certainly get rid of the dark circles doesn't work. I own to just cover them.
