To me, it's just a bag...
It's called a satchel bag. It have a double handles and then a one shoulder strap similar to the straps of messenger lots.
sometimes they are called convertibles because they can be worn several ways.
Her exact bag may be a fixed edition and is very overpriced. She prob. got it for free...
