How do i cover up the dull puffy plenty below my eyes?
i have had huuge unlit, puffy bags under my eyes for years and i do not know what to do near them! i have tried every concealer in every color lower than the sun and nothing seems to work.

yes, get as much sleep as possible. i also use yellow tinted concealer, such as physician's formula. it works pretty resourcefully and then foundation as well.
The most barefaced one is to firstly sleep more hours! or at least sleep earlier.
To cover it up, you can use concealer. Use your pinky finger, to sort of wipe the concealer on the bags. Then use the foundation powder and lightly brush over it.
That should do the trick. It works for me.
If not, next you should go see an optometrist and see what the problem is. If you wear glasses, you really concentrate on focussing on things next to ur eyes, this can also cause bags below your eyes.
