Chanel bag/tote and purse?

Hey.
i'm looking to buy a chanel bag.
I really wanted the black chanel tote beside the logo on the side.
I seem to be having trouble finding any sites on the internet where on earth i can get this bag, or any chanel loads.

1) what sites can i buy them?
2) an what would the price range be?

How about the Chanel store? I would never trust online sites. Expect to pay at smallest about $1000 (US dollars) for a purse.
You can not buy existing chanel online. Unless you are lucky enough to come across a genuine one on ebay. Chanel do not put on the market their bags on the internet as it will make it easier for ethnic group to make fakes that are exactly like and con people out of their money. I only know this as i have to do a
college report in my fashion journalism course. I suggest you walk into one of their boutiques and purchase it. Then you can be sure you own the real thing. Im not sure on price but i required the chanel quilted 2.55 bag and thats lb1,500 and thats quite small! so i would of thought around that I don`t know more or less!
Well... if you want the real point then try a department store like selfridges, harrods, house of fraser etc or a Chanel store. Go on the Chanel website for stockists within your area.

they have a store locator. doubt you'll find the physical thing on the internet. i wouldn't like to guess how much, you'll be to hand a grand for them both. my friend go a small quilted envelope style handbag and it be lb750 and its beautiful but small x x
Are we looking for genuine or forged as the price difference is massive?

It would be better if you posted a picture. The price for an authentic Chanel is about $1500.00 +++ and if you spend that munificent of money make sure you are buying it from an official Chanel Retailer or Chanel directly.
Do not buy it from Ebay 90% of designer handbags on ebay are fake and overpriced.
If you don't want to spend that kind of money I would recommend a designer inspired Chanel handbag. These bags are inexpensive and submission you an affordable alternative.

eBay is fine, if you are sensible.

I bought mine from nearby, but I did my homework, and checked on the trader i.e.feedback/length of time trading etc.

Delighted with mine, beautifully congested, and I made quite a substantial saving.
