How do I remove the heaps lower than my eye's?
I have tried extra sleep and that does not work.

Could be allergies. Get some meds and see if that help. Also, bags/black circles can be genetic. So maybe you are out of luck, unless you intend to just cover them w/ makeup.

With a very sharp knife
I know this sounds silly, but try preparation-h for hemmroids. It is used on models. What it does is shrinks the blood vessels and the swelling goes down. (if that grosses you out try an rime mask)
but the preparation-h is what I have heard is the best. Hopes this hhelps you out.

or basically...this may sound silly; but just be able-bodied, drink water, eat your veggies, etc.
try cucumber slices over your eyes that works for me =)
