Helllllp! where on earth can i find this pod?

ok there are people adjectives over my school that have a blue backpack and its big, like big enough to convey school books. the bags own small white horizantail stripes all around it. it had one strap but its close to a two srtrips of fabric tied in a snarl to make a one strap.
they come in ashen and green too. so does anyone know where to get thease?
