I would choose the second one. It's sophisticated, fun, and fresh.
Although it's cute as well, the patterns on the first are newly a bit too much.

i dont really like puches they look adjectives fat and wierd...just not my stule but i devise the first one in blue is prettier
Sorry, I don't think khaki, camel, or chestnut go resourcefully with black or gray.
Go with the black purse.
If within is no bright in entire outfit, use a very colorful pouch instead.
BTW - I really like both purses!
