No it won't. If it is 100% cotton, boil wash it will shrink it, but if it is polyester or nylon, you are stuck with the size it is.

no it should not shrink in the rucksack. oyu may have made a mistake when buying the top.is the tag still within it? look at teh tag and if it says the size you picked than it may enjoy the rong tag in side the top. when you clear up it do not dry it in teh dryer lay it on a towel and lay it flat to dry you can stretch it while its wet and that should help out..
