Yes, but you own to steep the tea bag. Let it cool of a little, so thatit does not burn your eyes. Take the heat and wet tea bag and place it on the eye for 2 - 5 minutes. It will also relax your eyes and purloin the strain out.
Yes they do. I soak two teabags in COOL dampen for about 5 minutes each. Squeeze out excess hose, and while laying down, place one on each eyelid. (During a melt bath is an excellent time!) Leave them on and relax for about 15 minutes. Please remember, this is merely a temporary solution. I also used chilled cucumber slices. They do help. Wrinkles though, very well, we all have them. A little more sleep will do wonders and drink more marine each day.
