Does drinking alot of river really effect the stacks lower than your eyes?
ive heard if you drink water.. it can facilitate with this and that..
but does it really help next to dark circles under ur eyes?

Yes, drinking lots of river has helped my friend next to the bags she had below her eyes. Also, it has helped remove the colour up the dark circles under her eyes as powerfully, not drastically, but yea it has lightened up. Try avoiding spicy foods, and by sleeping on a pillow, it allows for the easier flow of blood, and will help get rid of the puffyness
Most of it is genetic. I own them to. Just get lots of sleep, and try not be stressed to much. I also have hear that when you cry a lot under eye circles appear dark. Not sure if it's true tho. Also drink plenty of water. Getting a bit of color in your obverse as well as putting cold spoons under eyes may relief. Get ShiSeido Benefiance Revitalizing Cream. I got mine from Macy's and just a tiny mop of it does wonders on dark circles. I have pretty impossible ones so this is all from experience.

hose is supposed to help clear up your skin. i don't drink pop any more and my skin has definitley gotten better. i don't know in the region of the bags, but i think as long as you save drinking lots of water, it will help
