How do you bring back rid of stacks below your eyes?

I'm very active during the daylight, and I don't drink caffeine or anything before I try to sleep, but I always go and get insomnia and can't fall asleep. My doctor says it's not a big problem, and it's not efecting my vigour too much, but I always have fearful bags under my eyes (and I know they're not genetic). How can I win rid of them?

Oh, and while I'm at it, anyone know some cures for insomnia?

Lack of sleep can categorically cause those bags underneath the eyes. You might go for cosmetic surgery etc but they will keep re-appearing till you fix the root end in, i.e, lack of sleep.

A physician might be able to relay you more precisely a cure for your problem. What works for me is to tire myself during the day by working out at gym etc as physical fatigue helps me sleep approaching a log.
Dab some preparation -H on them and rub it within. It works
Get enough sleep and if you want, use foundation or makeup to cover them.

Get more sleep LOL

Just kidding. Of course sleep would facilitate but here are a couple of other ideas.

Grate some potatoe and pack it under your eyes. Leave it on near for about 15 min, then rinse next to plenty of water. Something in the potatoe help reduce the swelling / bags beneath your eyes.

You can also make a cup of black tea and then use the tea heaps under your eyes. Put them on there as melt / hot as you can take it without burning yourself .
i dont know if this will help you, but it does back me look more awake somedays.
put two teaspoons in the freezer and leave them near until they are really cold (lamost frozen). then put them on your closed eyes and hold them there for a few minutes.

get enough sleep
Insofar as bags under your eyes are concerned -- they are usually "genetic" and you can't really maintain them from happening. But here's how to superficially "cure" them when you wake up respectively morning ... it works for me.

There's a product -- that you can buy at Wal-Mart -- called "Sudden Change 3-Minute Under-Eye Firming Serum". You just paint it on your heaps in the morning, and it literally "shrinks" the skin. You can feel it shrinking the heaps, and it sure does show in the mirror. But it's not a permanent cure, markedly -- although it definitely works. You can feel it shrinking the flesh beneath your eyes, and it makes you look a lot more presentable.

In my valise, the bags are generally cause by "sinus problems" and also "alcohol consumption" the night before. But it emphatically works.

Insofar as your insomnia is concerned, I have no idea. I do know that insomnia is adjectives during advanced years in life ... for example, I'm 50+ and presently find that I wake up frequently during the night whereas I didn't used to. That's of late part of the aging process. I just adopt it and don't worry about it ... give me lots of time to think about "go and living". But, if you want to sleep soundly, I find that you can take Benadryl (which is an allergy medication) and it knocks you out definite good. But I really don't do it very repeatedly because I don't think it does you any good to join extra bad-stuff to your body. In my case, I just "live next to it" ... but, if you're a young person and own trouble sleeping, I don't know what to suggest.
