you can acutally take it to a coach store & they will send it fund to the factory (at no cost) and clean it for you. i can't remember how long it takes.

You can buy cleaner products at Coach. But I use like peas in a pod leather cleaner I use for my couch and car...works great and it's cheaper than what you can buy at the Coach store.
