yes it does the pic just doesn't show it
yes, there is, you enjoy to look behind the strap next to the flap (which is located on the stern side of the bag, not shown in the picture)
i enjoy the bag, and there are 8 pockets of assorted sizes inside, the first 7 are natural to locate, but the last is extra secret, superlative for storing emergency sticks of gum
