I found a Gucci sack within my Mom's closet but it smells of mothballs. Any suggestion to capture rid of the smell? TY

first you have to air it out for a few days afterwards take aplstic bag and flood it with dried lavendar leaves or any other flower with dried lemmon too.Put the pouch in their for a couple of days and the smell should go away. You can also use some coton softener we use surrounded by the dryer just put it in their
put it in the dry cleaners.
Airing in out would be the only entry I can think of. You might want to wipe it down with a dampness cloth and put a clothes dryer sheet in it. Maybe that would work.
Put out outside to air out and put scented dryer sheets contained by it.
Keep wash it and maybe it would go away, or hold it to the drycleaners
