Does any hairdresser within Melbourne still do blonde tips next to a tip trilby or preferably, plastic heaps, as surrounded by 1990?
Hairdressers only want to use foils these days, and near hair as dark and red-throwing as mine, FOILS DON'T WORK. My hairdresser would use 2 plastic plenty tied at the top like rabbit ears. She used Platniclare by Loreal, and when my hair be a pale lemon, she would wash it stale and finish with a toner, either fawn or ash or combination, depending on the base colour. It gave me fail-safe blonde tips - fine, but lots of them. Perfection. No-one, but no-one, has been competent to give me the same look. Many own tried with false promises, and I've paid the price of wrecked fuzz. What do I do now? Can't I have my lovely blonde tips ever again?
