Target has profoundly of bags like that!
Some of them are exactly ten dollars and others are more expensive, by a bit bit. You could always wait until they are on public sale, but then selection is more fixed.

Kohl's definately have green sayings and bags like that, but i'm not sure if they're below ten dollars. it will be EXTREMELY difficult for you to find that cheap of a tote.=D good luck.
