Having Louis Vuitton store authenticate rucksack, can they grab it?

Hi, I bought an LV bag off ebay and resembling many people, I want to know if it's physical. I emailed their website and they say they would verbally verify it. Originally I planned to cart it to the store to ask but then I read on a forum that if it turns out to be fake they may confiscate it. I'm a law student and my dad is a barrister but I'm only surrounded by my first year and he's not being helpful so I be wondering if a company can do this?

I mean it's not because I want to keep the rig bag but how do I return it if they keep and verbs it?

Go to mypoupette.com, for a small fee (I believe it's $10.00) they can authenticate the pack for you through photos. This is a very reputable company. They know their stuff.
Go to Saks or som store thats sell it, but i doubt that they would take it away from you.
In the U.S. they definitely can and will grab it. You should know by now that these bags are not ever sold current at a discount on ebay of they are real.
They probably can seize the purse.

But you should ask about this policy before you bring it within for authentication. Actually, see if you can't check with a supervisor or manager, even if the sale associate tells you they won't take the daypack, supervisors/managers are required to know the policies.

If the supervisor says no, they won't take the purse, then I would say to bring it surrounded by that same day or right away.
I believe that if you have your bag checked out and it turns out that it's a simulated, then yes, they can take it away from you. Im not sure in the region of how the law works about this sort of article (not a lawyer) but I definatly know that they can do this. If you want to know if your bag is real or not within are several things you should check for to compare fakes to the real point. You should check the labels on the inside of the bag. Check on the button (if your pack snaps with a big button on the inside like mine does). If it doesn't hold the brand name on the button then its a computer-generated. Also go to a louis voutton store and pay close attention to the stitching on the innovative bags then compare it next to your own. The bags should have equal stitching on them. Also look for the logos on the bag and check to see if they are the same (color, size, shape, ect).
