Where can i buy a fund to institution pack?

i saw a bag at the store that you could carry as any a messenger or a tote bag, but it was too expensive. does anyone know where on earth i can find one similar to that? nothing punkish please. :D

WELL, it depends on ur style but there's a public sale at JC pennys for $12-$20, walmart $15-$25, and k-mart or old navy for $18-$30, and victoria secret for 30-180 dollars.and there r very cute and stylish. and the article is they are all name brand. but it depends on wht ur style is ,enjoy fun

And you could try Aeropostle. They always have cute oodles for cheap.
