What should relatives pass on their pod?

For females and males,for males I've seen some guys with a messenger rucksack.

What should we carry like for a local Walk In The Park, To The Library, To Downtown, To neighboor cities,etc

wallet
gum and/or mints
cell phone
stamps
address book
little wipe of paper or small notebook
pen
lighter
knife or mace
book, psp, ds, something small for entertainment
Mints and gum (you never know who you'll get together!)
either lip balm or gloss
a cell phone
wallet, ID
a twenty contained by the back for emergencies (a minicab, etc)
A camera for unexpected moments
car key or apartment keys or any other keys
mace/knife for protection
